Registration
How much does it cost?
Adults and teens age 13+ are $175. Children age 5–12 are $125. Children age 4 and under are complimentary. Hotel rooms and optional T-shirts are separate.
Are T-shirts included?
T-shirts are optional: $20 for adult shirts and $15 for child shirts. They are separate from registration. Adult sizes run from S through 3XL. Include each person’s shirt size on the registration form.
When is payment due?
Final payment is due May 15, 2027. Registration details will be collected through a Google Form, with payment made separately through PayPal. Completing the form does not complete your payment.
Travel & the weekend
How do I book my hotel?
Our host hotel is Hilton Garden Inn at EpicCentral, with a reunion rate of $179 per night. Book with the reunion link on the Hotel page, or call +1 682-428-7311 and give group code 90O (nine, zero, letter O). Hotel reservations are separate from registration.
What should I wear to the gala?
The committee will share attire guidance with the final Saturday evening details.
What airport should I use?
Airport and ground transportation guidance will be added to the travel information once confirmed.
Family & guests
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. This is a weekend for every generation. Registration pricing is listed by age.
Can I bring a guest?
Guest guidance will be included with the registration instructions. Check those details before making plans for additional attendees.
What if I need to cancel?
The cancellation policy will be published before registration opens.
